Return Process

  Ensure the garment is unworn, unwashed, and still has all original tags attached before placing it back in its original packaging.

  Fill out the returns form included in your original delivery, specifying whether you would like an exchange for a new size or a refund to your original payment method.

  Ship the Package

  Affix your return label to the parcel and drop it off at your nearest post office or approved courier collection point, ensuring you retain a proof of postage receipt.

  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange item within 5 to 7 working days.
